Making Changes / Cancelation
Life happens, so here's our policy on cancellations and rescheduling:
You can cancel or reschedule your therapy pony session by giving us 72 hours' notice.

If you cancel at short notice, there may be a cancellation fee, but we'll discuss this with you beforehand.
